Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or vegan cheese)
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
